   you have to pay for legal stuff tho, me no understanding.

   Generally, you can't.

   For the downloads you can pay for to download, they won't work on NDS.

   For downloads that are free to download and not illegal, people usually don't bother reformatting them so they can work on the NDS.

   For copyrighted downloads like full movies, they're illegal and most people don't bother formatting them for the NDS anyway.
