What do i need to download games for nintendo ds lite?

i just bought a nds lite and was wondering if you can get games online instead of buying them, im not very good with computers so any help would be appreciated, is there maybe a memory card you can get? thanks

R4 SDHC card

R4 SDHC is the newer version of R4V2. SDHC stands for Secure Digital High Capacity. More or less both have similar features with an additional feature of SDHC, which accepts the Micro-SDHC cards.
